Quit.ie misses the mark by a mile with their vaping information.

We have said it time after time again in our blog that we think that quit.ie, Ireland's national smoking cessation service should back vaping. It has worked wonders in the UK with Public Health England supports.

They provide countless resources to vape retailers, to vapers, and to the general public with information on vaping, yet our own national service have put out an article not recommending vaping. Why? They claim there's not enough information.Well, we've been involved in the vaping industry for a long time and we know what we're talking about.

But we know we could also be considered biased, that's why you can have a look for yourself. Under every claim we make below you can find the source and read for yourself the actual evidence and proof that vaping is undeniably, one of the best options and choices you can make when it comes to quitting cigarettes.

Point #1:
We hear this time and time again, but by now they should know that research has proved otherwise!

Point #2:
One of the more recent studies conducted by a group of universities across the UK and US has proven that not only are e-cigarettes helpful when quitting smoking, they can be one of the best options.

Point #3:
The same study from the previous point also not only displayed that vaping is a great way to quit, it also showed that vaping is better than other NRT options. At the end of the day, ifsomething works for you, we would always recommend you stick with it, but if you're not having success, vaping is, according to this study, your best option.

Point #4:
This is our opinion of course, but we think it makes sense, it's something they are planning on doing in the UK, it would give more access to something which clearly helps people quit more than nearly any other option available and gives us a real chance at achieving a tobacco free Ireland.
