Delivery & Returns

We aim to process your order as quickly as possible. All orders placed before 8:30am Monday to Friday are shipped the same day using An Post Standard Post. This means that for all IRE orders your Hale Vaping package is likely to be with you the following day*. Please remember that An Post do not deliver on a Sunday.

All Hale Vaping products are shipped in a padded envelope or bag:

  • IRE Delivery on all orders over €30 is FREE
  • IRE Delivery (Standard) on all other orders is €2.95
  • IRE Delivery (Express) on all other orders is €6.95 
  • UK Delivery on all orders over £30 is FREE
  • UK Delivery (Standard) on all other orders is £5.00
  • UK Delivery (Express) on all other orders is £8.00 
  • Worldwide delivery is €14.50

*However please allow up to 5 working days for your package to arrive before contacting our customer services team on +353 (0)1 253 0594.

**If you have ordered from outside ROI or the UK you should expect to receive your Hale Vaping package within 10 days. However please allow up to 15 days for your package to arrive before contacting our customer service team on:

For incorrect orders, faulty goods or damaged goods please email: support@halevaping.com within 30 days of purchase. Where goods are found to be faulty or damaged you are entitled to replacement goods. If you change your mind after payment please be aware that as a company we adhere to a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days. Again, please get in touch within 14 days and we will be happy to offer you a full refund providing goods are sent back to us unopened. 

If you are returning faulty or damaged goods to us then please send them to the address provided by customer support.
